Your Questions Answered
How long will it take to build my website?
The timeline largely depends on the size and complexity of the project. A smaller, informational website usually takes 1–4 weeks, while a more complex site with multiple features can take 4–8 weeks. In every case, we provide a pre-agreed schedule, so you’ll know exactly which phase is happening when. For urgent projects, expedited delivery is also available.
What details should I provide to start my project?
To get started, we primarily need a brief introduction to your business, your goals, and key messages. It’s helpful if you already have an existing brand identity (e.g., logo, color scheme, fonts) as well as text and image content we can use. If not everything is ready, no problem—we can assist with graphic design, copywriting, or selecting images.
Do you offer in-person meetings, or is everything handled online?
We adapt flexibly to our clients’ needs. Many projects are handled entirely online via video calls, email, and phone, which is fast and convenient. However, if in-person meetings are important to you, that’s also possible. Our goal is to ensure smooth and transparent communication, no matter which format you choose.
Can you handle domain and hosting arrangements for us?
Yes, we provide full support for domain registration and hosting setup. We recommend reliable providers, handle all necessary technical configurations (e.g., email accounts, SSL certificates), and ensure everything runs smoothly from the moment your site goes live.
Do you offer support after the project is completed?
Absolutely. We don’t just hand over your website and walk away. We provide training on how to use the system, and if needed, ongoing support, updates, and maintenance. This way, you can be confident that your website remains up-to-date, secure, and effective in the long term.
